The abstract submitted by PD Dr. Ana Westenberger to the 6th World Parkinson Congress (WPC 2023) entitled “Genetic findings of the Rostock International Parkinson's Disease (ROPAD) Study was recognized as a leading abstract. Thus, the WPC 2023 Program Committee invited Ana Westenberger to participate in a Hot Topics session to talk about this important work to a larger audience. Only 12 abstracts out of nearly 950 submissions were selected for a Hot Topics talk. Therefore, Ana Westenberger’s abstract was recognized as part of the top 1% of all submissions.
