Teresa Kleinz Joins Institute of Neurogenetics as Clinician Scientist

We welcome Teresa Kleinz to the Institute of Neurogenetics as a clinician scientist. Teresa completed her medical studies at the Ruhr-University Bochum, with further academic stints in Rome and Bologna. Her experience includes working on her doctoral thesis on atypical Parkinsonian syndromes at St. Josef’s Hospital and as a student assistant at the Center for Medical Education (ZML) in Bochum.

Teresa will support our work on Research Unit FOR2488 (“Reduced Penetrance”), the MDSGene Initiative (www.mdsgene.org), and the Global Parkinson’s Genetics Program (GP2; www.gp2.org).
