Charles Jourdan Reyes has been awarded a Ph.D. scholarship (Program 2) by the Catholic Academic Exchange Service (KAAD).

The scholarship is given to advanced international students from developing countries to help them reintegrate to their home countries after their graduate studies in Germany.

Charles is currently doing research on genetic modifiers of disease penetrance and expressivity in X-linked dystonia-parkinsonism under the supervision of PD Dr. Ana Westenberger.
